Every morning the same two bicycle taxi guys would wait for us while we were eating breakfast. We only had to walk a block from our hotel, to the hotel where we met the bus that took us to the FOBISSEA events, but the traffic was awful and it was very difficult to even cross the street. So we were happy to let them ride us, and they were happy to take us!
