It was so fun to go to church and bump into Weston Baxter! Weston was an missionary in Budapest when we lived there and we had him over to our home for dinner there. He told me he remembered my chicken enchiladas!! He and his darling wife, Kate, had just moved here for the summer, so we had them over for our new and improved chicken enchiladas! It was so fun to see Weston again and we quickly fell in love with Kate! What an amazing couple! Their new friend Jeferson also joined them and we really enjoyed getting to know him.
